Bio

PAUL.
Paul is a 13 year-old Pokémon Trainer from Veilstone City of the Sinnoh region. He is a seasoned trainer, having traveled through Hoenn, Kanto, Johto, and most of Sinnoh. He has also participated in the Indigo League, Silver, and Ever Grande Conferences, but failed to win each time. He is currently preparing for the Sinnoh League Conference and has seven Sinnoh Badges.

Paul is taken from a time after DP132 (EN: Evolving Strategies! JP: Full Battle! Shinji vs Satoshi!! Part 2) and also has backstory in the form of events from a fanfic named Travels of the Trifecta! (most likely taking place after/during Chapter 18). While his character is basically the same, he is additionally physically frail. His mother died when he was five years old, and thusly does not remember her... nor does he care to know. His father is none other than the Pyramid King of the Kanto Frontier Brains, Brandon. Brandon left for Kanto soon after his wife's death, leaving Paul to be cared for by his older brother, Reggie.

Essentially, Paul is an asshole. He is very strict with his Pokémon and does not believe in bonding and forming friendships with them. The same goes with most people as well. He has a tendency to be blunt with his honesty, so if he thinks one is weak, he will outright say so. However, he has secrets of his own that he's rather bad at hiding. Still, most won't get a chance to prod at him before he pisses them off to the point where they break. He has a stubborn streak that won't die and never hesitates to resort to violence if he deems it necessary.

Silver and Gold have managed to bring out a new side of Paul, however. How will this fully-functioning triangle work out over time? Time itself will tell.
